I happened to visit this outlet on my recent visit to Mumbai.Seeing the healthy food options available, it became Irresistible for me as I was very hungry after a long drive back from Lonavala.As soon as I reached the counter I was politely greeted by Mr. Gandhi ( he is the owner) and his wife.I became inquisitive and asked how come they are running a restaurant serving healthy food whereas the area is famous for local Maharashtrian snacks.They replied that they were inspired by the food habits they saw on a recent visit to Singapore.It was remarkable to see that the Juice which I ordered was processed in a Cold Press Juicer right in front of my eyes.The Chana Kulcha was another marvellous creation as the Chana tasted the same as it does in Delhi.I will definitely recommend it to everyone passing by Mira Road to make a stop at this amazing outlet.Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Kuntesh Gandhi and Mrs. Shruti Gandhi
