  Libon cakes serves some of the finest desserts in area around Mira road, Mumbai. The place is good for hangout and bakery delicacies and confectionery. The best thing i found was that all items are served fresh and smooth. Also, the taste was appropriate and not over sugary or creamless. Special thing was i wanted the stuffs at 12:00 am and it was freshly and well delivered on time.I ordered the following items :1. Choco Chips Donut : Donut dipped with dark chocolate and choco nuts. It also has a choco layer in between which makes it tempting.2. Red Velvet Cup Cake : A tasty cup cake with red velet flavour and cramy layer on the top of it which had a sumptuous taste.3. English Truffle : A fruit punch loaded with kiwis, apple, pineapple and other fruits along with strawberry and vanilla cream stuffed in a glass. It was mouthwatering.I would highly recommend this baker! Thanks for the kind service and stuff 🙂

  I ‘m like a kid: I love desserts!!..Recently had got an opportunity to review this lovely cake shop named ‘Libon- The Cake Expert’ which is located in Mira Road. It is near to the station and is in the midst of the busy lanes. You can easily locate this shop and from outside only you get a royal feeling as if you are entering some international brand cake shop.Their ambience is modern and aesthetic. The cakes displayed are satisfying to one’s eye as their finishing is up to the mark. Their Chocolate cakes are a big hit. They also had displayed Biryani & Burger Cake which was made up of Fresh Cream & not with fondant and it was soooo perfect. There were few cakes which really caught my attention as their designs were something unique which you don’t really get to see in normal cake shops..Berrylicious Cake & Fruit Custard were served to me…Berrylicious Cake!!.As the name says the cake had a presence of all kinds of berries.Its sponge was super soft and the richness of the fresh cream was delectable.Usually, I am a chocolate lover but this piece of cake just stole my heart…Fruit Custard!!.It is a dessert spread which had custard on the top and fresh fruits below it.I really liked the taste of the custard but was not happy with the taste of the fruits as the fruit chunks had turned into juices….They also have snacks & cookies displayed which are made by themselves. I tried Coconut cookies and they were really fresh and could feel the coconut shreds in my mouth.I also took back a packet of Potato Lime Wafers and I really like the unique combination of it. The wafers were crisp and fresh..They also serve doughnuts, mousse cakes, muffins & homemade chocolates. Though we had reached around 9:30 p.m the crowd was still on and until we left there was not a single second that the shop had no customers.They also have their presence on Zomato and many people do order their cakes from it…I am happy with my decision on visiting this shop but at the same time, I felt that it was only a piece of cake & a small bowl of custard that was served for an hour’s drive.
