The taste is chatpata and the rice has flavour of the chicken broth. This is a type of Yakhni pulav. But it’s good. The only complain is the quality of chicken peices is very unsatisfactory and they have more bones than meat. Using cheap cuts like wings, neck, etc. Kind of give such a good tasting biryani a kaauua biryani feeling. If they provide proper peices I am sure this place will be a hit. Taste is superb.
