  I have been visiting this place from the last 8-9 years and still don’t remember any bad food-Day. Sampan is famous for Chowpati style street food. This is the place is always crowded especially in the evening/night hours and finding a table on the weekend would need some patience. The Sitting area is a bit crowded with simple/basic chairs and tables placed side by side to make use of each square foot. The staff is great and would help you in ordering food as some of the names of the Chicken/Mutton Main course are really unique like: Chicken Taka Tak. Also make sure that you order your appetizers first and take your time and then order for the main course or you will end up having everything at once they are really quick when it comes to serving food. These folks are made sure that they tick all boxes when it comes to quantity, quality & super service.I recently visited this place and ordered Chicken Momo, Chicken Taka Tak and Roti. The quantity of the Chicken dish was enough for 3 of us and was yum to last bit.Ambiance: 3Food: 4Service: 4Recommendation: Chicken Momo here is a must try, the momo’s are quite big then want you have tried earlier for sure and really flavourful. These momos are available in both Steamed and fried form, if you like something spicy makes sure you dab these momos in the in house schezwan sauce which is really great.

  This is Hotel Good For group. Value for money.! You should visit this hotel phsically. You will definately like that hotel. The food taste is awesome.

  This restaurant serves no purpose. They Might as well shut it down. A good restaurant that offers home delivery option and doesn’t even read the order and then skips some items is bad business and useless and only just occupying space somewhere.

  I have no idea of the difference between a Singapore Chicken Noodles & Hong Kong Chicken Noodles. I believe only Mr. Sampan knows that & I trust Sampan with knowing that.Yes, say street Chinese & this is exactly the place on my mind. From the days when they were at University chowk adjacent to the erstwhile fountain till today, these folks have been consistent with quantity, quality & super service.If you have no inhibitions & are looking at a free fall with street Chinese, welcome to Sampan!!

  Best place for nonveg lovers. Its like ‘dhaba’ type. Basic table and chairs, no air conditioning. Always crowded. But taste is awesome. Delicious food. Service is little slow. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.Place : 4/5Food : 6/5Service : 3/5
