Absolutely loved the food and ambience at Bastian. They serve some of the tastiest ceviche I have had in India — the fish is chunky and the flavouring is bang on. I was particularly impressed with the lobster dynamite. It was incredible how they managed to pack that kind of heat and flavour while keeping the sweetness of the lobster intact. Quite wonderful! That the cheesecake selection is really good goes without saying, and made for the perfect ending to a lovely meal.
So i were pretty excited for the Sunday brunch as I had heard a lot about it . It did live up to its name . We ordered lobster mac and cheese , chicken benedict – with scrabbled eggs on the side with the gluten free pancakes . The pancakes stole the show . They were very fluffy and the chocolate chips melted in your mouth . It’s literally comfort food . Looking forward to try out other dishes in the future . Also make sure to book it in advance as it gets filled up pretty fast .
