Been ordering breads from Bonne Bakery for a while now and it’s the place to order from to receive fresh, healthy and authentic french breads in Mumbai. Absolutely love the ciabatta and the cranberry whole wheat scones. Although my favorite is the Moroccan spiced bread. Can’t wait to order again! 😀
I’ve lived in France for four years and ever since I’ve come back this is the only place I’ve eaten at that takes me right back. The breads are super fresh and taste fantastic! What’s even better is that they have a whole range of fabulous desserts that they make on special order and trust me, each one is better than the next 🙂
The quality of the products available here is a lot better than any other bakery I’ve visited and I can safely say that everything they make is scrumptious. The chocolate lime cookies are amazing, never tasted the combination in a cookie before and I have to say it blew my mind!
Mumbai just got one of its finest home bakers and I simply can’t get enough of it. The menu offers a wide range of desserts as well as savoury items. There is clearly a French touch that comes out in every dish. The menu has been inspired by the French culture and that reflects in the variety and taste. The quality of ingredients used has not been compromised at all and that what’s makes me crave for more. What I would definitely recommend:-The Victoria Sponge Cake ( you’ll land up celebrating your birthday everyday )-Chocolate Mousse ( wouldn’t mind the extra pounds )- Croissants ( making me run out of money, think I need this as my daily breakfast )- Apply pie ( when did this become my favourite fruit ?)- The Breads: I’ve never been fascinated my such variety. Do check out the chocolate and zucchini loaf, Dry Fruit Brioche, Honey and fig loaf !-Cranberry Scones -Lemon Cream CupsIt’s the perfect menu for your high tea parties or a lazy Sunday morning breakfast. For all you health freaks the menu has a lot to offer even though I haven’t mentioned any above. The prices are very pocket friendly and definitely do not burn a hole in your pocket. You can check out their Facebook page for more updates. https://www.facebook.com/bonnebakerymumbai/
I’m not one for healthy eating but when healthy food tastes so good it’s irresistible. The breads and desserts are baked fresh and you can smell the pure high quality products used in the food. The croissants are my absolute favorite, there’s no other way to describe them other than melt in your mouth. The apple pie is also outstanding with a crispy crumbly pastry. Highly recommended for all food lovers. Bonne Bakery tops my list.
My absolute favourite place for all things nice! I think I’ve tried more than half the menu, and I’ve been blown away each time. It’s so refreshing to have someone focus purely on quality and promote healthy eating. For anyone who hasn’t had a chance to eat absolutely fresh bread, you MUST try these, you will most definitely fall in love. I don’t think you need to think twice about ordering from here, it’s healthy, preservative free and to top it up, DELICIOUS!!! 🙂
This is a fitness conscious persons dream- to be able to eat all kinds of breads but the healthy way. When they say, preservative free they mean it! Their breads are genuinely fresh – one can smell the dough, butter and toasted seeds. My favourite is the multigrain buns, the croissants – YUM is an understatement and of course the authentic baguette. When I asked about the authenticity of the breads, the staff mentioned that the owner has graduated from a renounced French school of culinary- clearly it shows. Tip – Pre order 24 hours before. Great great great for high Tea’s and breads with a classic Italian, French or English dinner. My daily breads coming in from here now 🙂
