An excellent review tempted us to try this place, we weren’t disappointed at all.We tried multiple dishes, but am listening the ones that I liked the best. Started off with some delicious Chimichurri chicken, and Chimichurri prawns starter. Being a meat lovers, I usually don’t prefer veg, but this time I decided to try veg sushi. We had Asparagus Tempura and Siracha bliss cucumber Mexican jalapeno. Where as Tempura failed to excite my taste buds but the other one good. Although nothing compares to an authentic sushi, but it matched well enough. For the main course Lobster Malaysian curry was a big hit. It is lightly spicy with coconut flavor being prominent and hint of lemon, from the lemon leaves added.End this beautiful evening with Tiramisu and feeling of sweetness and satisfaction.
Since the time it opened up near Saki Naka. This place was Always on our list. And then we decided to visit this place. The ambience is quite good and the service was Always amazing. We started by having a a cocktail named SMS which was amazing. Started with the appetiser 1. We had kung Pao chicken 2. Togarshi prawns pop And for mains we ordered 3types of sushi’s 1. Tempura shrimps 2.california roll, crabstick, avocado, cucumber 3. Spicy tuna, chilli mayo. The dip served with the togarishi prawns pop was amazing the food we ordered was good enough. Service was kinda slow but fine. Cost I felt was kinda high for the food. Overall a good experience.
Great ambience, excellent service and delicious food. The papaya salad is a must try. The spice level is mild and it preps your taste buds for the main course. The grilled salmon is an excellent dish, cooked to perfection and the teriyaki sauce add a lot of flavours.
Went here for my birthday dinner on a friend’s recommendation and because I love asian food. We ordered tempura shrimp sushi, chimichurri chicken dumplings and chicken ramen. All the dishes were good and served in good quantity. For the dumplings really stood out. They were truly delicious. Overall a place with cheerful, spacious ambience and great food. The service is also on point. Give this place a visit if you are in the mood for some good asian food in a comfortable place in a budget..
Starting with the ambiance,It was great and very new and well maintained, also photogenic.Seating was also very comfortableStaff knew about the dishes and the service was great too!Talking about the main part! The food was very delicious, all the dishes and drinks were on point. Both veg and non veg food tasted good. But its not soo pocket friendly700-800+ for 2
My bhabhi works around Marol and she visited Chimichurri for Diwali office lunch and insistedme a lot to visit this place to try out some kick ass Asian food. So, when we were looking for a place to celebrate, we headed straight to Chimichurri. Located in the Times Square building, it iseasily accessible via Metro and by road. The place is huge. There is a big bar laid with some chairs at the end and then the restaurant isdivided into 3 sections with more or less similar table setting. The staff was very welcoming andI would like to mention regarding Mr. Nirmal, our server who made our experience memorable. He was well versed with the menu, happy hours offers and helped us in ordering the best dishes. Some wines, long island iced tea and signature whiskey sour were ordered to start the night. Wepaired them with spiced red pepper paneer and kung pao chilli potatoes. Both the appetizers haddistinct flavours. The flavours and ingredients were fresh and vibrant, also the portion size waswuite good. We also called for water chestnut and lotus root dimsums. It was served with 3 dips(I guess it was coriander oil, burnt chilli sauce and szechuan sauce). The crystal dumpling hadthe perfect translucent skin and the stuffing was moist and delectable.Next we ordered the khow suey. Call it soup, call it curry, this comfort food is our favorite andthe one they served was lip-smacking and possibly one of the best khowsuey I My bhabhi works around Marol and she visited Chimichurri for Diwali office lunch and insistedme a lot to visit this place to try out some kick ass Asian food. It was loaded with an array of vegetables and fruits served with all the regular condiments likelemon, chilli flakes, spring onion, coriander, peanuts, bean sprouts, fried onions and garlic. We also ordered the Nasi Goreng. I have only one word to describe it “mouthwatering”. I amsalivating right now just by thinking about it while typing. For dessert we called for chocolate peanut butter pie and an opera pastry. Personally, I am not afan of coffee so, while my friends enjoyed it a lot, I found opera quite average and the chocolatepeanut butter pie was too sweet for my palate.Overall an amazing experience. Certainly looking at going back again and try some other stuffsoon!tasted in thecity. The 3 stars mainly because of service and ambience The starters here were decent we had the pow pow chicken and the sizzling chimichurri chicken both were decent. We also tried the salmon and asparagus sushi which was decent and would recommend it only if you’re a sushi person. They had a few offers on drinks. We also tried the waterchesnut and lotus root dim sum which was disappointing. For main course we had the Buddhas delight it had a white gravy hardly any exotic vegetable and tasted bland. And tried the Hong Kong chicken it was good. Finally the main course we had the gooey brownie with ice cream it was delicious. And the coconut pannacotta with praline and ginger glaze. It had a custard like texture and wasn’t too sweet.
