Big, bold and beautiful. Soft and fluffy cake coated in sweet chocolate frosting, drizzled with dark chocolate ganache and hazel nuts decorated with a cute macroon on the top.It’s a mish-mash of ALL the good things in life. And not only does it taste amazing (trust me on this one), it is beautiful in presentation too! I used to like the traditional red velvet cake i.e.served with cream cheese frosting or even vanilla buttercream but this combo blew my mind when I first tasted it.Will definitely try other cake options as well.

If you love to have customized cakes and pastries you have reached the perfect destination. The best one I had till now was a chocolate+Hazelnut+Red Velvet cake. Do try it! 🙂

Thank you Zomato for giving me the voucher and introducing me to Chocolate Blues. I decided to use the voucher on my mom’s birthday 12 November 2015. CB is basically home bakers and delivery specialist and does not have any outlet. The menu is huge however for me it was a bit confusing as I prefer chocolate cake with nuts or plain chocolate in it. The cakes are very exotic with various different fusions of flavors. I personally do not prefer berries or coffee in cakes.Phoned up Nishreen and decided to order 1 Kg eggless cake. Nishreen was very polite and gave an off the menu suggestion after listening to all my nakhras. She recommended Hazelnut Nutella Chocolate cake. I gave the order one day prior and the cake was delivered exactly at 4pm as promised to me.The packaging was done very nicely and it was delivered with highest care and right on time.The cake looked nice and fresh. The first bite and the entire cake were supremely yummy. The cake was soft and baked to perfection; the chocolate crème and nutella were properly used. However the main highlight was the hazelnuts. Big, huge, whole and a lot of hazelnuts were used. They were fresh and crunchy. White chocolate was also used which I think should have been avoided. Overall I was satisfied with the cake and this place can be tried at least once. The only concerning thing is the price of the cakes. I understand they are exotic but it’s too pricy. My cake was priced 1250. I gave Zomato voucher of Rs 500 and Rs 750 cash for 1 kg Nutella Hazelnut cake. There is a lot of competition & options available hence pricing needs to be checked.
