  This place is good for entertainment.. the way they serve and to see mixing ur icer cream with toppings and there singing and dancing was also entertaining.. but if i talk abt ice cream that was just average nothing great. I dint find it worth.. coz i hv tried better and original one.. in Hyderabad and Pune.. staff and service was very good.. guy Siddhesh who suggested me flavor was very nice and friendly.. thanx

  Ambience – 5/5Nice and bright. Great vibe.Service – 5/5I loved the service here. Everyone’s lively, nice, and enthusiastic to serve you. Plus, they sing and perform tricks with the ice cream to keep you entertained.Food – 5/5Apple pie a la Cold stone – I tried this set combo of vanilla ice cream, cinnamon, caramel sauce, and apple pie filling. It’s not a flavour combination you’d easily find in most ice cream parlours. It was really yummy.Chocolate fudge with peanut butter pieces – Can’t go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter. The chocolate waffle cone here is really, really good.Value for money – 4/5I’d say it’s fairly priced.Score – 4.8/5

  Cold stone icecream has always been my favourite, I love the strawberry scoop. It tastes just like cheesecake.We tried vanilla shake. It was so good and thick. Loved it.We tried the blue scoop icecream also. It was damm good. They added some gemsWe also had chocolate stone icecream. They topped it with Brownie and chocolate syrup.

  Cold stone creamery is a very good place for desserts and milkshakes. They have a wide range of ice-cream options as well as hot brownies and a wide range of milkshakes. The first time experience was not very satisfying as the brownies in the ice-cream were a bit dry which I think did not go with the overall taste of the ice cream. The quality of the ice-cream is very good and also the staff is very kind and polite. The quantity of ice-cream compared to the rate is quite good. The ambience is good for a dessert place. So the overall experience I would say is 4/5.

  I’ve never been to the States but I’d always heard so much about Cold Stone Creamery as a brand and it is absolutely exciting to know that they’ve come to India and well in our very own city MUMBAI! When I went there last week at about 11:30 pm I was actually amazed to see the amount of crowd on a weekday and also that it was a working day the next day. I was on my way to another place but when we saw the crows, my mom and I stepped in to see what do they have to offer that there was so much crowd. & mind you now I understand the madness of the people! NOTE: COLD STONE CREAMERY IS ABSOLUTELY VEGETARIAN (Including the Gummy Bears. They are gelatine free) Cold Stone Creamery is one of the finest ice cream places that this city could get. Has a little seating arranged indoors and some outdoors. It’s got a vibe that literally attracts you towards going in. It has the most fun vibe all thanks to their staff who are excellent and extremely enthusiastic. They start with a random singing flash mod wherein they sing a fun song that’s made for their brand & it’s super cool. It absolutely sets your mood! The staff is so prompt at attending every customer be it a kid or an old person! They literally win your hearts! Coming to the service, it’s just like the staff; PAR EXCELLENCE!!!! They staff listens to you, help you upon confusion and absolutely give you superb service. They guide you from flavours, customisation, sizes of ice cream and literally what not! The ice cream flavours, oh my god they win your heart! There are so many different flavours, some of them that you may not even have seen else where in this city. Different flavours, different sizes of ice creams and most importantly, their waffle cones. Now you can have ice creams in normal paper cups that come in 2 sizes namely: LIKE IT (small) & LIVE IT (big). If you want to go for a cone then they also make waffle baskets and waffle cones but they’re unique because the some of the top area of the cone/basket is covered in melted ice cream which further obviously cools and is like a thick layer of chocolate on the waffle! The prices for the ice cream seem pretty reasonable for the quantity they serve and overall if I could exceed the stars beyond 5 here then I’d certainly do it! Kudos Team Cold Stone Creamery! Keep the energy and enthusiasm high!✨
