The portion of papeta par edu was also very small & the potato was very oily. The egg was not done well. The egg was half done. The quality and quantity if the food had gone down drastically. Could be coz of change in chef, if any..

Ordered through Scootsy this evening . The chicken dhansak was very spicy and did not appear to be fresh . The mutton sali boti was ordinary and also appeared to be not freshly made . Instead of sas ni machi they sent prawns and it was awful couldn’t eat it . It was a total waste of an order as we couldn’t eat anything . Will never order from this place again .
I love Parsi cuisine and couldn’t wait to try this place since Pala Fala shut down, RTI is too far from my home and I’m not within delivery range from Jimmy Boy either. So this place is a Godsend. Anyway, the chicken dhansak was top notch with two big pieces in the dhansak, which was super tasty. I also tried the mutton cutlet and chicken cutlets which were soft and yummy as expected. The mutton dhansak was delicious too.The Dandhar with Prawn Patio is a combination of yellow dal-steamed rice-sweetish prawn masala dish, made with a tomato base. This twist to a rountine dal-chawal meal really went down well. Parsi food doesn’t disappoint quality or quantity-wise ever in my experience. Though, I was disappointed not to find anything fish related, since Parsi fish preparations are another food trip altogether as well, because my family has been enjoying Parsi food since my dad worked for the Tata Group and we were invited to plenty of Parsi weddings and navjots. This brings all those great food memories back, and that’s precisely why I missed the fish so much!!
Ordered from here with a lot of expectations because the reviews were really good. Unfortunately, out of everything we ordered, only the farcha fingers had salt. Everything else didn’t have any salt so there was no taste. The dhansak and the mutton that was cooked in it had almost no flavour because of the lack of salt. Very disappointed.
I and my wife visited this place on 31.03.2019. I never knew that it’s only a takeaway place but when we called the owner, he was kind enough to offer us a seat inside the Parsi gymkhana; to have lunch. We ordered Mutton and Vegetarian Dhansak and believe me, it was too good. I eat only vegetarian food and this one was the most authentic Parsi food I’ve had in years. We also ordered Chicken Pattice and Lagan No Custard at the end.This place is highly recommended if you want to eat authentic Parsi food at an affordable price. Firdosh, the owner, is a humble and kind person and will add some more Parsi fun to the delicious food 😉
