Ilish Maach! Super tasty!
I had such expectations from this restaurant. I ordered the fish bowl. My rice had hair, and not just one, but two, in it. The fish was a small piece and the curry, wasn’t that great either. Very small portion.Really bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend.Had to place ‘another’ order to get a replacement. For authentic Bengali food, this was a big no from my side. The other menu items might be great, but I didn’t get the great, so it’s a 1 star.

Not a very convenient place to order from.Quality not goodQuantity too lessIf you enquire about the quality the manager lady would throw tantrums that the chef is her mother, an old lady, etc.If you complain about quality you will be asked for how long have you been in Mumbai.Trust me, absolutely not worth the time money and words you need to put in here just for a lunch.Better bengali restaurant option – Peetuk and Oh Calcutta.
Awesome authentic Bengali food.. I have tried most of the options.. Till date I have not regretted ordering but the quantity seems to be little less..
This review is entirely based on my ordering experience hence none of this is related to the ambience or other relevant things if one is planning to visit the restaurant( although I’m planning to do it myself pretty soon).Cooking wise- best test in town and I mean it. Surpasses all the big names like bhojohori manna, oh calcutta, calcutta club/ Konnection,peetuk,hangla and definitely bijoli grill.Quality wise- best value for the prices. Although the selection of pieces is pretty poor most of the times.A Bengali will know what i meanOrdering experience- downright horrible- many a times my order got cancelled, sometimes got switched and more often than not they are closed for online delivery, which is why this cannot be a regular thing for frequent order- placers like me.
