I placed an order at 8:30pm and it told me it would be delivered at 9:30pm. When I called at 9:45pm to ask where the order was, they took my details and told me it had left, but may take some time to reach because of traffic. I called again at 10pm and they told me they were unable to contact the delivery boy. At 10:30pm, 2 hours after the order was placed I called again to ask where it was. At this point of time they tell me that the order is still pending in the kitchen and will take one more hour before it can be delivered. The staff member was absolutely rude and a liar. Terrible delivery service. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
Very good service. the food was nice and hot and delivered on time. Quality of the food was also of a high standard. Also the dishes are very reasonably priced. All in all a very good experience of a take-away
Ordered from these guys just now through zomato for delivery. They messed up my order big time. Sent chicken version of the veg dishes ordered. This is completely unacceptable. The trust which is so important when you order for delivery is broken. Morever, they seem to be not responding to Zomato ppl when they tried to get in touch with Mr. Chow’s. For them it’s just one order. I still just wanted them to replace the said order. But they were not reachable. Vegetarian friends, try to avoid these guys esp if you are ordering for delivery. Better, Zomato can as promised at least remove them from their delivery order list.
