So after going thru some rave reviews we kanded here to savour the food. Ordered the fish fingers which were pretty decent but small portions. Chic Wings again small potions. Tried the sangrias which were really good. The daiquiri was also worth the praise. Sizzler was a total let down no sizzle nothing give it a zero. The Portuguese chicken was basically peri peri sauce and good. Kids love the max n cheese .. after jacking up on our pizzas we finally got what we ordered but that throws the whole eating together out of the lawn. Pizza was good. They have to up their game and lower the prices

Perfect place for a date or semi formal meet.Service: Good.Food: Was there for a event and here is what I had there-•Portugese style prawns: Beautifully cooked and perfectly spiced prawns.•Tomato Bruchetta: The base was crisp and the topping was light and refreshing.• Rassays house fish fingers were amazing and are a must try as per me.•The cheese poppers were scrumptious.While the starters were pretty good. The mains were a disappointment.• Flame grilled Quarter chicken: It came undercooked.•Chicken cheese Portuguese Rice bowl: The rice was salty. Couldn’t eat beyond a point.• Parmesan chicken with spaghetti: The chicken was over cooked but overall the dish was nice and filling.• Creamy prawns were pure love.Desserts again were a disappointment.Banoffe pie: Was more like banana and whipped cream.While the Opera was dry and difficult to even cut through.Overall, an okish experience.
This amazing place won my heart. It’s a nice sophisticated outlet with colourful interiors, retro themed and a set of well trained staff.The ambience is lit and the music is fun and trendy.Without wasting time, we began by ordering a few drinks:Manga E Coco (mocktail)- A luscious blend of Mango crush, coconut syrup and vanilla icecream. This one is refreshing and heavy.White Peachy Sangria- This was one of the best Sangrias I’ve sipped on! If you love sweet Sangria, give this one a try. It is made from white wine, strawberry puree, mango & peach with traces of brandy. It was divine!Bourbon on the Beach- All the whiskey lovers will love this! This amazing drink is served over ice and garnished with an orange Peel for flavour.Caribbean Dreams- a rum based smooth cocktail served over ice and and garnished with an Orange wedge. This too was a real nice drink.Moving on to the food, we called for:Classic Italian Bruschetta- toasted bread topped with pesto and a mixture of chopped mushrooms & onions. Again an amazing veg appetizer to much on. Fresh, tasty and totally worth every penny!Portuguese Style Prawns- Enjoyed a portion of 8 sizzling hot prawns grilled to perfection and given a nice tangy Peri peri flavour, served with Peri Peri mayo. The burst of flavour makes me salivate even now!Crunchy Cheesy Poppers- This one needs no explanation. It was just what I expected, served piping hot with African Chilli infused mayo.Grilled Chicken Drumsticks- as the main ingredient is Peri Peri, the tangy flavour is dominant but pleasant. Though this wasn’t my favourite, I appreciate the fact that the leg pieces were well marinated and grilled.Lasagne de Carnivale- Slow cooked chicken (mince) topped with lasagne and cheese, served with garlic bread. A great mix of flavours. Another filling dish. Highly recommended.Ended our meal on a sweet note:Banoffee- as the name suggests, this is made from bananas, cream and toffee combined in a dessert bowl on a buttery biscuit base made from crumbled biscuits. This mellow desert was drool worthy! It had me craving for more!We had a fantastic and memorable evening at Rassasy. Our server Divya and Pranay gave us alot of personal attention and made sure that we have a pleasant time there. Also the manager came around twice to check if we were comfortable and enjoying the food. Ambience :The ambiance was amazing. Its opposite to T2 and next to JW Marriott.Service :The service was amazing. The owner personally makes sure that the guests are enjoying at their best. They have 2 sections. I think one of it allows smoking. They also have DJ in the house.Food:Crispy chicken wingsIt was cheesy and tasty.Orange glazed chicken wings.Chicken wings with a twist of Orange Juice.Creamy jalapeno wings.It was Great.Grilled chicken drumstickChicken quesadillaSoft Quasedella with 3 dips. One was cheesy. One was sweet and one was mayo.Portuguese style prawns.Portuguese Style cooked prawns.Chilli prawns pizzaFirst time I had a fish pizza. It was very tasty and fresh. A grand new place in THE ORB- the food mall. RASSASY BY BARCELOSis a nice place, with sleek decor, fabulous food, quick service and COURTEOUS STAFF.Was there with my partner and had a fabulous evening. This place is VALUE FOR MONEY.
Rassasy by Barcelos is located near to Mumbai CSIA in The ORB next to JW Marriott hotel.Place is well decorated and furnished. Dining area is large, will recommend for large groups or for parties.Dim lights and soft music makes this place more cozy ❤This place serves Mexican, American, Portuguese and Finger food. There are many food options to choose.Divya and Daisy were attending our table. They suggested us good dishes and mocktails too..Hospitality was good❤We started by ordering -MOCKTAILS– Pear Passion (5/5)Water based, pear flavored drink. Taste was good. Would recommend. -Spiced Guava Daiquiri (5/5)Guava daiquiri with red spice rim on glass. Was good in taste. -Hot Peaches (3/5)Peach and Jalapenos fusion. Can be more better. For me Peach Concentration was very low. -Manga E Coco (3.5/5)Coconut flavored drink with twist. Good for a try. -STARTERS–Grilled Chicken Drumsticks (4/5)4 pieces of Chicken Drumstick coated in peri peri rub and grilled with choice of your sauce and served with mayo.Sauces options are Spicy peri peri, mild peri peri and lemon.Properly grilled and cooked till tender. Taste was good too. -Portuguese Style Prawns (4.5/5)Fresh jumbo prawns marinated in peri peri spices and grilled with your choise of sauce. This also tasted good. Prawns were juicy and flavourfull. -MAINS- -Espadata (Chicken) (5/5)Boneless chicken marinated and grilled, hanged with skewer. Served with potato fries, Rice and sauce.Chicken was juicy and delicious. Fries and rice were good too.Would recommend this. -DESSERTS- -Opera Cake (5/5)Dark chocolate, dutch cake served along with chocolate and vanilla ice cream.This was very chocolatey and delicious.Would also recommend Opera cake. They also serve many other desserts. Overall it was a good experience. We visited here on a Friday afternoon for lunch. They had Happy Hour going on which was 1+1 on drinks. The best part of our visit here was the variety of Sangrias they had on their menu and we tried 6 different ones.Food:Many items on the menu that caught our fancy were unfortunately not available.No cheesy fries, no nachos, no lamb chops, nothing from the Nibbles menu- Quite disappointing. 1. Chicken Quesadilla: Was okay and nothing spectacular.2. Flame grilled peri peri half chicken: Was again, Okayish. The gravy it was served with lacked flavour and so did the fries that came with it, they were dry and hard.3. Crunchy Cheese Poppers: The only dish I liked. Sufficient quantity and cheesy enough for me.Since it was my husbands birthday I thought i’d request the restaurant stewardess to get me a dessert with Happy Birthday written on it, but since she didn’t appear very obliging throughout, I gave up the whole idea.Quite a disappointing visit..
