Place was quite empty even on Saturday night.. i was wondering why no crowd as the ambiance is really good and comfortable.the answer is here1) service was super slow and rude2) food quality and quantity both were below average3) there was live music which sucked big time – no1 was even paying attention to it.4) I had called n asked before going about Zomato goldThey were like yes chalta he aap aa jaoEven before placing the order I unlocked it and showed my unlocked code.. they noted it and we started our dinner.When we saw the bill gold wasn’t applied ..n on asking they said no ,we don’t have any msg of u unlocking it .I showed again the unlocked code and time of unlocking .. so much of tamasha and spoiling of mood..I would say do something to get customers don’t loot the customers who have come..
