I’m not a fan of vegetarian food, hell I’m a hardcore carnivore but sometimes you have those days when you crave a dash of veggies in your bowl and on those days this is my go to place. One can never go wrong with just about anything and everything you order from here be it their Pav bhaji or Palak paneer or even their cheese garlic naan that is to die for. Absolutely love this place!
UPDATE FEB 2019Restaurant has now been shutdown. Best guess – it ran out of business due to the smaller eateries that have sprung up in the area. I’ve dined here with family in the past a few times and have found the dishes to be very delicious. The South Indian items are pretty much spot-on as far a authenticity of flavour is considered. One item I’ve ordered repeatedly is the Pav Bhaji which IMHO can formidably go head-to-head with any Mumbai Pav Bhaji. Items are a bit on the spicier side but can be toned down upon request. The owner is a South Indian from Karnataka and is very courteous and friendly. I’ve never experienced any arrogance in his or the staff’s behaviour as mentioned in some of the other reviews.I’ve ordered-in a few times as well and have been very pleased with both the flavour and the portions. I’m knocking off half a star for just one bad experience I’ve had while ordering in – the food was just devoid of any flavour.Well recommended as a budget eatery.
Located opppsite to the passport office but it seems to be a little less approached restaurant as compared to others nearby. But i must admit,it would be a mistake if people choose those other places over it.This place has a variety of dishes varying from North indian dishes to South Indian Dosas,Pav bhaji .It has almost everything including juices and sweet dishes.I have been a regular visitor and have tried almost all varitiesMy ratings :Food : 4/5Ambience : 3/5(4/5 if you like quiet places)Service : 4/5Value for Money : 4/5
Good place and ambiance, good food and taste. Only one good veg hotel near by area. OK OK cost but overall good. Little bit delay in service but ok
There was no option to eat here so went here by look i thought it will good but i tasted food it was not at all tasty avoid this restaurant you will waste ur mood n money
I live nearby to this restaurant. It was a sunday morning i along with my gf visited this place. We ordered masala doas, grilled cheese sandwich & a cup of tea.Time was around 10:30 am restaurant was almost empty but still the service was very slow.Secondly it took half an hour for them to make sandwich despite m saying to waiter so many times & when it reaches the table it was cold & was smelling bad. When i asked waiter he didn’t respond anything. Then again i asked manager he went to chef he said something but didn’t come back to me.Then finally i went to the manager asking what happened he said it was preapared a long ago waiter forgot to give it you.He didn’t even apologised once..too arrogant..:(Finally i paid the whole bill, but one thing is sure i will never visit this restaurant again & will make sure none of my friend goes here. Spoiled my monday morning.
