The order I received is in mess and shackles , courtesy restaurant packaging and zomato delivery as well added to the vows .As far as the food is concerned , my order is neither complete nor correct .Who provides a cheese-garlic bread instead of a cheese grilled sandwich ? Who provides a plain uttapam instead of a precisely mentioned onion uttapam minus the accompaniments sambhar chutney ? Also the restaurant flaunts arrogance and feigns ignorance when connected for the said issue . So here it goes , a single rotten and half eaten slice of cheese garlic bread (some one else’s leftover repacked) being sent to me instead of my own order .A plain uttapam instead of onion uttapam without sambhar and chutney is an another disaster to the day . I pay whooping 160/-rs for the filth , the rider runs away with money and asks us to connect with zomato or the restaurant directly .M provided a coupon of said amount as refund via zomato chat and since I re order from another outlet , I am being asked to pay more rs:32/- as restaurant charges inspite of the MRP of the said order being 120/-Rs against a coupon of rs:157/-Hats off Zomato for being such a Gold-Digger Money Extorting Mafia .
