We hopped into a famous Multi- cuisine vegetarian, Vedge located on Level 1st, Fun Republic, it also has its branch in Ghatkopar. Its a family place with vibrant decor, slow music, spacious and good lighting- a beautiful ambience. The Staff is very knowledgeable and Kind. We tried the following:Paneer Chilli Stir Fry Bao- The bao was very soft and the Paneer was crispy, a good combination with perfect blend of flavours. Crispy Exotic Vegetables in Chilli Plum Sauce- Crunchy Brocolli, Zucchini and other exotic vegetables stir with ginger garlic and Chilli Plum sauce. A good started, but was a little high on salt.Pink Penne Pasta Pizza- JUST AMAZING! Have you ever thought of combining you two favourite dishes? vedge brings you the best combination. Truly and outstanding dish with oodles of cheese and good pink sauce. Wok Tossed Vegetables in Kung Pao served with rice- these were sizzling hot rice with good flavourful gravy and diced veggies. We will definitely come back for this one. Aam Panna and Berry Blast Nimbu Palani were just refreshing. Chocolate Mud cake- crumbles of chocolate brownie with Vanilla ice- cream, chocolate sauce and chocolate chips. This tasted average.
