Good food. Fast delivery. It’s a bar & restaurant and not really a family restaurant. I’m not sure why some reviews say so, as I was not allowed to wait for a take away parcel, was scolded by the owner to go home n it would be delivered to me. They recognised me by my voice on telephone orders hahaha it’s sweet though. My only reliable place to order anytime and maybe I’m da only one they deliver to 🙂
This is superb place, it’s like my family restaurant. Whenever we think ok dinner, there is only one thing that pops up in our mind and that sai palace. Superb place for family dining, do try their chicken biryani and manchow soup also chicken lollipop. Service is superb and it’s a pocket friendly restaurant. Do try it once.

A cool place to go with family friends and couples too. Food is good. Ambience u can chose from ac to lawn to buffet. A dj party every weekend. One must try the dj buffet.
Not a good place to go if you are a youngster.. food was not served hot and it tasted ok ok (nothing great).. service is a bit slow, i was there on a sunday so maybe caz of that.. Old ppl might enjoy there caz of their gazals.. and overall ambience is good..

DO NOT GO TO THIS HELL HOLE. Went for a friend’s birthday party. The waiters do not care that your bill would pay for their salaries. We asked for an extra chair, considering we were 17, nobody gave a damn. When we called the waiter for the order, he gave expressions like he was being forced to pay for us. Ok even if you are magnanimous and can forgive a don’t give a damn attitude of the staff, the food completes the tale. Ordered red chicken chilly, there was neither much chicken nor anything red and barely any taste. Main course, chicken tikka and chicken Hyderabadi were mediocre to say least. Veg didn’t match up to the prices they were offered for. Many great places like Pali, Velkars on this stretch. Best avoid Sai Palace.
