There was a time when you could walk in eyes shut in at Kamat’s and have a hearty meal without worrying about the quality or cost. Sadly, those days are gone. Ordered a medu-vada sambhar and sada dosa with two teas. The tea was milky, sambhar and chutney were watery, vada and dosa were doused with sugar to mask the fermented stale taste. Avoid!! Food: 2.5/5Service: 3/5Ambience: 3/5
The paper masala dosa is the best. It is a challenge to finish it alone. I tried the dahi vada and it was also very good and a little too sweet.We also went for breakfast the next day and indulged in their dosas.They also serve non veg but we didn’t try it as we went to konkani darbar for non veg.
Good ambience
Not at all recommended.Only best thing available here is Vitthal vada and a bit of South Indian dishes.Else nothing is great here.Service is like: customer is the desperate one
Food is very costly compared to the quality.Actual dish is quiet different than the names mentioned on the menu.Better options are available nearby.Service is average but the quality need to improve a lot compared to the pricing.
Quite spacious, but you can’t live on air alone. Food quality is not worth the pricing. Service is slower than a snail. Visit the place if you are running out of options or stop by to eat some packed products – eat instant.
Visited this restaurant on our way back home to Mumbai all the way from Shirdi. Sounds like a joke on the name of a Hotel. Looks decent but the staff is highly disrespectful of its customers. We ordered a cheese sandwich and they served us the same bowl of sauce over and over again , Basically jhootha. Please avoid a stop here. Step in if you wish to be disrespected.
