As name suggests, the restaurant serves authentic genuine Maharashtrian food from Kath and Ghat area. Means area from sea cost, middle Maharashtra and upper Maharashtra covering Nagpur region. Menu covers all type of Maharashtrian food speciality. The food was genuinely made, perfectly prepared and was having very nice test. After lunch ‘pan’ is served which is very interesting to eat and will not get anywhere else. The Ambience is very cool and cozy with nice interior decoration. One can definitely visit and enjoy the food and ambience

Gives you the home feeling.We tried the,1) Marine Cakes (fish and other sea food cutlets)2) Malwani Style Prawn Rava Fry3) Agri Style Surmai Tawa Fry (quite Spicy for us, but our waiter had warned us)4) Malwani Style Rawas Fish Curry (Coconut based)5) Steam RiceThe food was just Superb. Service was fast and waiters were smiling.Rates may be a bit steep, but the quality and ambience made it really worth it.

An authentic Maharashtrian food restaurant, where if you want to introduce the Maharashtrian food palate to anyone it doesn’t get any better than this. From the coast (Agri, Malvani) to the plateau (Desh, Kolhapuri, Savji, Khandesh), this place has it all. Pair it with interiors like none other in the whole of Thane, and you have a complete ‘Marathmol’ experience. (Too bad they cancelled the thali.)
