Worse place to ever eat food. Do not even stop here by mistake. Terrible is an understatement. I pity the passengers of the busses that are forced to eat. Not only is the food pathetic but it is also very very over priced.If you get a chance to peek in their kitchen you would see how unhygienic it is and they charge extraordinary rates. Absolutely pathetic. Totally not recommended.
I wanted to purchase for Fanta cold drink yesterday few hours ago, I paid them Rs.100 and cashier return Rs.50 for the half liter bottle when I told him the the bottle maximum cost is Rs.40. I asked for refund of Rs.10 back, Owner started saying that its highway and we charge 50. I was seeking consent from him to record the conversation then he started abusing me and threaten me that I will be beaten by their Gunda staff. So horrible that they behave like this with customer.
Its a dhaba on the way to lonavla from pune, so not much was expected already. It was late at night around 4 am. They refused to serve rotis, as the tandoor was now cold! So we ordered dal, rice and chana masala. The food was satisfactory, but rice tasted kinda stale. Service should be improved and ambiance is good in accordance to the location.
Worst experience ever had. Frustrating service.I would like to share an experience, I ordered for Palak Paneer and dish come without Paneer it was plain palak only and when I asked the reason the manager was saying WE FORGOT TO ADD PANEER IN PALAK PANEER LOL 🙂 :).He has not even bother to sorry.This was my first trip to Delhi Darbar and will be last.
