This is just a small mess kind of place. They only serve thalis (two sabzi daal rice and chapatis) and mostly the subzis are Maharashtrian. The chapattis are limited but they are good and they serve it hot directly from the kitchen (unlike other mess where they serve paper thin machine made chapatis)Overall value for money place as the thali just costs ₹70/- 🙂
Been there multiple times for dinner. You can order a limited thali or Punjabi dishes. Good food, pocket friendly prices. If you want to eat Maharashtrian home style food then you can try this place.
Food: 3.5/5Service: 3.5/5Price: 5/5(80 for limited thali)Order: veg limited thaliHits: noneMisses: none- thali had 3 really large chapati, capsicum dry subzi, chana gravy subzi, onion, dahi, rice & daal.- chapati is best part since most restaurants serves tandoori roti and not chapati.- daal & both subji are not too spicy which I liked- very basic & homely place for those crawing for simple Maharashtrian food. it’s well maintained and clean as well. For 80/- it’s totally worth it. Giving extra 0.5 overall since it’s really unique place for pocket friendly Maharashtrian thali.
Tried rice plate at this place which contains 3 chapatis, 1 dry sabji, 1 gravy sabji and dal rice or dal Khichadi. Taste is good. Only thing is that quantity can be a bit more. Rest is good.
It seems the restaurant is new. But I am impressed with the decent interior and the menu here. Price is very reasonable and you can fine large verity of food items. I ate thali and it was nice. Sabji was slightly spicy but manageable.
Good homely food. Specially chapatis u will get same as home. And budget friendly too. Thali is also very yummy and tasty. Al a carte is available here too
Food is good but oily! Quantity is good for the price. Went der for a weekday lunch. Wasn’t bad. Give it a try (to all maharashtrian food fans in wakad)
