Unfortunately out of 3 times I have ordered. 2 times they have declined my order after paying though card and I have to wait 7 days for refund. If you guys can’t provide food for customer then please remove certain items from your menu. It’s easy for us to not waste time and money to return after 7 days
Though the restaurant gives u a humangous amount of food like 1 plate can easily be shared among 2 but my experience with Kolkata Biryani was pathetic. Chicken was not at all tender.It was so rubbery that one can’t completely eat the same. Biryani rice was extremely dry. But just to add u should go for chicken chap.
Its first order from Priya Restaurant , myself n my wife really loved the way food cooked . Little bit spicy but being maharashtrian its accepted.Just little advise , whenever parceling please mention veg n non veg label on the bag/container. will surely order henceforth from this restaurant.Thanks
One of worst restaurant..I seriously request you all not to order from here.. I ordered kaju masala and Roti and what I get was suji ka halwa fried in kaju with piece of wheat( which was supposed to be roti)This all I got in ₹326.I am really disappointed and request you all not to risk your health by ordering from here.
Previously the food used to be good but now a days the food taste degraded. There was hardly any stuffing in Kolkata special roll and mughlayi paratha tasted like cinnamon filled chicken. Not like Kolkata food at all. Try to bring the previous Kolkata charm
