I stayed here several times during my business visits to the city of Aurangabad. It is a decent hotel and by the look of it seems that it might need some renovation. Looks like an old property but has huge space. The rooms are decently sized and the lobby and recreation areas are comfortable. The restaurant serves good breakfast and dinner with heavy influence of Indian food. I liked the breakfast menu. The staff and service both are apt. I guess given the size of the hotel, it would be better if they re-do the interiors because currently it looks like an old hotel.

Among the dishes we ordered, none seemed to be a must-eat, on at the same time, none was bad either. So in all, you can definitely visit the place and expect a food that won’t utterly disappoint you.

I’ve been here for about 5 times since I’ve stayed in VITS hotel when I come to Aurangabad. The breakfast buffet spread is really good. However the service is lacking behind. As I read in one of the earlier reviews, I agree that the staff cannot handle a lot of customers and their service gets real bad. The food is not refilled on time either (I’m talking about the buffet spread). Although I still like this hotel for their breakfast spread. And I don’t mind going back again since this hotel has been like another home when I’m in Aurangabad.
They cannot handle big crowds. Here are the observations when it gets crowded. Nobody will come to pick up used plates from your table. Nobody will serve water. Nobody will bring roti’s and naan’s. Food on the counters once over do not get refilled in time. Nobody will get you your finger bowl. Desert plates and cups are very dirty, use the food plate to have the same. Best of all Nobody will bring you your bill. If you get your bill, 600 per person will be a big waste of money.
I’m in love with this hotel and the restaurant. Stayed here twice. Thanks to my bf :-* love love love the biryani. One of the delicious aromatic biryanis I have had here that too back to back four times. *drool*. Service is excellent. Staff is soft spoken, humble. Food is top notch. Loads of variety. Very calm and quiet place to be. The buffet menu is long. In-room dining service is also excellent. Love this place.
