The shop is dirty and staff is unprofessional. Food is not covered and flies hover on them. The place has a very poor hygiene. The shop being so popular, the owner should invest in renovation of the shop to make it more clean.
Ordered 2 modak boxes only received one. Very unpleasing and unprofessional. This is my chat with zomato employee this repeating my 7th time that zomato did a order wrong. It’s probably the worst food app. Once order boy delievered order to someone else fortunately I saw that past distance and took from the receiver. Once the order was rotten food my stomach started having problems. Many times I got very less quantity than order. Last time I’m mean my 6 time because of app error my order got misplaced and when I cancelled I got cancellation charge of 480 .This is how zomato works. They didn’t even compensate with full money refunds they just talk to you and say sorry for inconvenience. They don’t return money. I’ll be owing Atleast 1500 rupee to zomato.
