So my husband wanted cheesecake and I couldn’t find any online, so I searched for the next best alternative.. Cheesecake Ice cream!I hadn’t heard of this place earlier, but the weird homemade caught my eye. Seeing decent reviews, I took a chance and ordered a tub. Once it arrived I popped it straight into the freezer and took it out only after dinner time. The ice cream was quite frozen and took almost 10-15 min before I could cut through it properly without getting icy bits. There was a swirl of blueberry and biscuit crumble running through the ice cream which looked delicious. The cream cheese flavor was strong and yummy, so was the blueberry jam flavor. The only drawback was that it was icy for a long time, only once it melted a bit did it turn smooth and velvety. I thought it was a good find, and would definitely like to try there mango variant next time!
