#PammyLike everyone I wanted to explore yet another cafe in the area. I was going through the same thoughts like every other human being thinking if it’s pocket friendly or will the food be fresh and so on.Bumped across this cafe where it was a steal deal! From the very basic etiquettes of maintaining a clean environment to well groomed staff, from a well balanced cup of coffee to a fulfilling meal, from a cozy ambience to a lit interior, it’s a must visit again!

Has a got a very calm and friendly environment. Good place to chill, read books and work. The garlic bread with cheese is to die for! Sandwiches and generally anything to do with breads is really good. The macaroons and cheese cakes are pretty good too.

A new cafe on the main baner pashan link road thats vogue and dapper. A fitting destination for the young and young at heart. The ambiance has a European theme with a beautiful garden style outside seating and a bright yellow door at their Porch.I simply fell in love with the decor inside with white painted walls displaying lavender painted flowers, white tables, big lavender colored couche and wooden chairs in beige and yellow. One side of the wall thats textured with white and golden text looks amazing. The black and white checkered line tiles compliment the entire set up. The entire feel is very relaxed, cozy and comfortable with very soothing low volume music that plays in the background. In front is the luxe bakery and confectionery setup with droolicious pastries and imported chocolates.Food – The menu is mostly continental and indian with options in full breakfast, pizzas, pasta, mocktails, soups and starters .The menu is very Interesting and selective suiting the theme. They have an amazing collection of inhouse pastries and cakes too. Breads are freshly baked inhouse and are top notch in quality From wat we tasted – Kafe Fusion Spl Salad – starting with a healthy option this salad is a perfect meal for those wieght watchers. Loaded with apples sweetlime and nuts. Crunch Munch all the way. Asian Barbeque Chicken – This is so far the best starter I’ve had at any cafe . Firstly very asthetically plated. Secondly the Innovative idea of serving it with noodles in the side. Nice crispy bbq style chicken with fresh veggies and plain salted noodles- jst amazing.K Fusion Pizza – This colourfull pizza loaded with exotic veggies, olives and jalapenos. The best thing is that the base is made in house – extremely fresh and hot. Loved it.Garlic bread crostini topped with chicken Tikka – An amazing appetizer that looks tempting and taste superb. Hot fresh bread topped with a lot of cheese and chicken tikka. The combination of hot bread with goey cheese and the spicy chicken tikka is out of the world. Garlic bread crostini topped with paneer tikka – The same appetizer with paneer tikka topping. A must have for vegetarians.Desserts – One of a kind Desserts that look irresistibly delicious. The pastry chef is the same as Minus 18degrees . We tasted the Opera Pastry, New York cheese cake and hazelnut delight. Each of them outstanding and worth a try. Freshly baked in house soft and goey pastries score extra points. Mocktails – Fancy mocktails with different flavours are the highlight of fusion kafe.We were served triple rain , masala chilli mojito and kiwi sorbet. I asked for a cold coffee and enjoyed it. Overall a very warm experience with the relaxed atmosphere of the cafe. The owner Mr Savlani has tried to bring a lot of newness and extra zing to the cafe. He has used his 20 Yrs of experience staying abroad. His ideas are very customer centric and he has bestowed this passion in his staff too. They are ready to customize food as per thier customers likes and dislikes. M sure good food, a superb pastry collection, great ambience and warm service will take Fusion Kafe to bigger hieghts.

Kafe fusion, It is a cafe with a very nice interior as well as well arrange outside sitting, the chocolates and freezer inside the are arranged beautifully, the staff is very nice and the to my luck i got a change to talk to the owner who was very nice as well as a very charming person.Coming to the food – first of all the menu here is kind of sorted. So it because very easy to order. As I am a vegetarian, we had a exotic grill veg pizza and also a Paneer fajita sandwich. They both were pretty well cooked as well as very nicely presented. But the star of the show was the salad, it was just out of this world, just loved it, hats off to it.The beverage here have a scope of improvement, they are good but the amount of sugar syrup used should be lowered. Where as the thick shakes are very nice, totally loved them. Also the maroon are good, they have 2 flavours both are nice, love them.
