Incomplete order provided for dinner. Roti is missing in order so not sure how to eat curry which I order. Restaurant support call number is switched off and customer care told that they will provide me points to use in next order. Totally not reliable and satisfactory. Use swiggy instead of Zomato.. atleast they gave good Customer care
I have been ordering from this restaurant quite a few times but last night something happened that wasn’t expected.I order some rotis chicken gravy and a biryani..but they didn’t provided me with the gravy at all when we reached to the restaurant they said they did provide it and then it wasn’t there fault even the Zomato guys didn’t help us..o would suggest you all to please check your food in the package
Butter chicken was ok but the quantity given was far less than what we generally get from other restaurants. Felt like cheated!! Hope they realise this and not repeat the same.
