Went here last eveningLoved their cakes and the friendly owner, who was very helpful in letting us choose the correct cake.Appreciate that he was straight forward in telling us not to buy a cake which might be spoilt. Thats a USP clients want.Must buy: Shrewsbury biscuits,they are better than even kalyani bakeryCan buy: breads, in house baked breads and much more.

This is a very good place for bakery stuff, obviously cant be an alternative for the legendary kayanis nearby. But if you fail to get you hands on some famed catch in kayanis then this place can be a soothing balm for you pain.The variety here is quite good and most of the stuff is fresh..Have never encountered any stale leftovers in my visits. The jeera butter, toast and brown bread are the frequency buys for me. Have still to try their cakes and snacks though.
Had the best experience here! Went there to pick the non creamy cakes and some khari.The two men attending to us were really nice. They helped us pick the cakes since we needed eggless & one with egg as well. The mawa cupcake was really fresh. We asked him for a taste of khaari & he gave us a fistful of them happily. Fresh, Light & Crunchy. The jeera butter followed suit..He asked us if we would like to have some vanilla roll and offered us a big vanilla roll – it was so fresh that the cream was flowy and delicious. Since they do not accept cards, we said we would like to taste the Shrewsbury biscuit only once we withdraw some cash from the nearby ATM. Very large heartedly he offered us a 250 gm pack of biscuits​ and asked us to take it. Considering how people at kyani & Co. treat customers like crap, this was a welcome change. Going here again soon for some breads, naans & cream rolls of course.
Never ever visit this pathetic place. Purchased a mango cake from them which was found stale and full of fungus. Complaining to them of no avail. Not ready to listen
Horrible customer service. Absolutely shameful and should be reported to the food inspectors. When we objected to the man at the counter who was using bare hands to serve samosas after licking his forefinger to pull out a paper bag, the man arrogantly kept the samosas back. When asked if he has gloves, he just nodded ‘no’. When asked can we pick them up ourselves he again nodded ‘no’ and continued his work. He refused to sell it to us because we objected to his irresponsible ways of handling food. Horrible attitude. We continued to be respectful in the entire episode and left smiling. But is this what the oldest, famous bakery has come to?
