If you love Maharashtrian food then you can’t miss this place. Located right opposite JJ garden, off MG road, Sharayu restaurant is tastefully done up with Maharashtraian sarees used for the decor. In starters I tried the Kurdai basket which is really delicious and crispy and a must try. I also had the Special Mutton fry andSurmai fry which were both fresh and full of flavor. As I was in the mood to experiment, I tried Sukat for the first time in my life which is a spicy dry shrimp dish and I quite liked it. I also had the Sukha Bombil Chatni which is recommended for all fans of this fish. In main course I had the Mutton thali which came with tambra and pandra rassa, Mutton sukha, Mutton gravy and bhakri and rice. It was really good. Please note that portions here are enormous so order carefully! The food and service are great. Totally recommended by me.
