Tim Luck Luck is a beautiful punjabi dhaba in the middle of east street. Low seating, wooden cots, hilarious puns just light up the place. Some dishes were wow, some were ok. The service was very slow. The kheecheya papad, fish on fire, paneer malai tikka, paneer hunan, sizzling veg crispy, dal fry tadka are worth mentioning. The churawaala parantha and mutton roghandaaz did not live up to expectations.
Had been there for a lunch a few days ago. This is a Punjabi dhaba style eat out joint located in Camp. The ambience gives you every feel of a dhaba including the manjis(cots) , funny punch lines, music and props of trucks and a rickshaw too. They have an inner and outer seating area which mainly comprises colourful cots having cushion where you can relax and enjoy your food served on the tables. The vibes give you the feel of Punjab which I loved the most.Being a Punjabi food lovers I loved each and every dish I tried. They were prepared really well and can satisfy your tingling buds.âž¡ Chicken Manchow Soup – Started off with this. It was hot and good in taste.âž¡ Bhatti Da Murgh – It is a foil wrapped cheesy chicken kebab. The chicken was cooked well and had ample amount of cheese in it. The only thing which can be improved in this dish is its presentation.âž¡ Paneer Tikka Tunu Tunu – The Paneer was soft and was mostly juicy. The taste was nice and was served with salad. A must try dish for veg lovers.âž¡ Chak de Makhmali – Liked this dish personally. It had Chicken kebab pieces topped with cheese on its top. The cheese with the chicken was actually a great combination. It was served with green pudina chutney which complemented it nicely.âž¡ Veg Crispy Sizzler : It was nice in taste. The veggies were cooked well and the crispiness was good.âž¡ Chole Bhature – The bhature was good but the chole was mind blowing. Loved its preparation and its taste.âž¡ Makki di Roti and Sarso da Saag – The star dish of the day. The roti had the essence of makki and the sarso saag was really nice. It had the authentic taste of the Punjabi cuisine.âž¡ Chole Kulche – It was indeed a great in taste. The combination was great and I loved it to the fullest.âž¡ Lassi – Punjab is also famous for its Lassi. And this restaurant can satisfy your Lassi craving to the fullest. The curd was churned well and tasted good.Being full with the starters and main course, I kept some place in my tummy for dessert. In dessert, I had Gulab Jamun and Rabdi with Jalebi. Loved the desserts. This place is really nice both for its anbience and food. It featured Punjabi theme in an authentic way. Would surely love to visit again.
The Ambience of this place gives complete north Indian vibes, it has cots and rikshaw which gives punjabi dhaba feels.Absolutely loved the North Indian food here.Started with Tomato soup and starters including paneer chilli and paneer tikka, the quantity of these dishes was huge and tasted delicious.Had the proper punjabi food here which includedChole BhatureMakke di roti , sarson da saagChole kulcheThe taste of these dishes were absolutely delicious, spicy and mouth watering, specially chole Bhature.Someone who is a North Indian food lover must visit this place. How can we end a punjabi meal without lassi?Had a glassful of lassi served in proper dhaba style.Highly recommend this place to have north Indian food, the ambience of this place with cots, rikshaw, funny quotes is absolutely loving.
You will find many punjabi restaurants in pune but this one takes it’s vibe seriously , you will get punjabi slogans written all over the walls , street carts , manjhis and the big punjabi lassi glass .Sarso ka saag, makke ki roti, chhole kulche and bhature are their speciality and i bet you , you will wanna end it up with their lassi and fall asleep in seconds. Butter chicken couldn’t convince me as being punjabi i like pieces not shredded chicken in it and it was on a sweeter side which is not punjabi style. Manchow soup was authentic for a punjabi place .Bhatti da murg is this foil wrapped cheesy chicken kebab which remains juicy , soft and hot until you unwrap it . The only thing i didn’t like was the plating of starters , it was very old school .PS- In the desserts , you gotta try the jalebi with rabdi and hot moong dal halwa. !!
it’s a very good Punjabi themed dhaba restaurant. plenty of seating available along with good parking space.it’s a must visit for people who love Punjabi food. the sarso ka saag, makke ki roti, chhole kulche was absolutely perfect. also loved the butter chicken here. it was rich in gravy with good amount of butter in it. all this with a glass full of lassi ensures a very satisfying dining experience.we also tried a few Chinese dishes like Manchow soup, Paneer chilly and it didn’t dissapoint as well.the food presentation could have been better as it’s the same for all starters.overall the place has a good Punjabi vibe with Punjabi songs playing in the background.would definitely visit this place again.
Sarso ka saag n makke di roti give a great dhaba feel to me and i like the authentic punjabi taste i was much impressed by the food i had so its a must go place.
Place is colourful and gives you the feeling of Punjabi dhaba, the food is bit expensive but the taste is so amazing, I loved the place and food but the staff was a bit slow and is quite friendly,We didn’t had any starter as we were hungry so we ordered main course directly so what we had was paneer mussalam (as we were both of us so we ordered half) with naan and butter garlic naan and the gravy was finger licking good and in dessert we had gulab jamun angaarey wasn’t that goodIs a nice place to go with a bunch of crazy friends as the sittings is very comfortable
