I must say it is a very unique concept and when you have the first bite of the smoky misal your palate is filled with all the authentic flavors of misal and ghee. Smoky misal was something different . Misal was served in clay pot in which charcoal was placed for adding unique flavor! It’s individual’s choice to have. We personally did not like the smoky flavour. Another dish we tried was Cheese misal and that is highly recommended. Loved the cheese misal.
