Nice food. Tasty. Can go place with family. Had been there once with my friend. Liked the taste and moreover liked the price which has been marked against any particular dish. Value for money

Savita Lunch Home, a tiny restaurant with around 6-7 tables takes pride in being traditional and not getting overshadowed by grandeur that modern eateries posses. It’s simple 3 page menu enlists everyday dishes that a typical office goer might order in case he misses his tiffin! Ambience is so simple there literally nothing to talk about. Located at a stone throw away distance from castle mill naka I was told that it’s frequented by blue collor workers and officers. We ordered Chicken Mugloi (₹160) and a few rotis (₹15 each) . It was served with pickle, diced onion and lemons. Consuming it, you will realise it tastes like a dish from the kitchen of a typical Udupi restaurant. Freshly baked rotis were soft and warm. Also ordered a double Omelette (₹40) which is a plain simple omelette. Nothing fancy. No unnecessary garnishing. Also wanted to order Solkadi but was told it’s not in supply. Heard it’s pretty tasty. My was impressed. This restaurant reminded me that good food can also come from humble single unit restaurants and one must try them once in a while. With a total bill of ₹275 for 2, it was a wholesum satisfying meal which turned out to be light on pocket too!

You can order lot of non-vegetarian food and you won’t feel heavy on pocket very very reasonably priced and trust me it’s the best restaurant in locality and its food is better than neighborhood restaurants for sure

In a locality which is dominated by Hotel Veggies and Hotel Swagath, Savita Lunch home has a charm of its own!You wouldn’t find any brightly lit air conditioned ambience, as it’s just a small lunch home with close to 8 tables! This place has been here for a very long time here now, and has made a name of its own!You can have a decent tasty wholesome meal without really damaging your pockets that much!Things to try:1. Butter Chicken2. Chicken Tikka Masala3. Bheja Masala4. Prawns BiryaniAmbience: 2/5Food: 4/5Service: 3/5Hygeine: 3.5/5
