South Indian food has to be my absolute favourite of all and being a huge fan of dosa, uthappam, idli and sambhar wada, I leave no places in town untried and unexplored for the same.In the search, i came across this decent little place serving some lip smacking delicious and fresh south Indian food with not just traditional dishes, but also a mix of little fusion in it.I tried their variety of idlis and cheese utthappam. Loved both the things.Taste was amazing. Rates are reasonable. Service is quick..All in all, it’s a great place to enjoy your favorite meal at affordable prices.

My recent visit to idli express was really very disappointing.The ambience is not good nor i did like the tasteThere was no AC or coolers installed.Ordered plain idli which was of 50rs were a bit sticky, the sambhar didn’t tasted that good.And sambhar vada which was of 70rs per plate, the vada was burned and did not tasted good at all.The only thing I liked here was the chutney they servedReally disappointed.
I ordered a podi idli from this place. It tasted good, the quantity n quality were good. The sambar needs massive improvement- it was watery like rasam and didnt compliment the idli at all. Chutney was okay
Ordered from Idli Express via Zomato3/4 over all tasteSambhar tangy n nice a little thin consistency 2.5/5Coconut chutney 4/5Button idli 2/5 some idli were not cooked properly (chk last pic)just had 45-6 of them rest u was not able to eatDosa 3.5/5 masala of dosa was good n even the outer layer was crisp .
I ordered plain idli an podi idli both was good in taste ,idli was very soft an curry leaf podi idli was amazing.i will try some different idli in next order Thanks for good food
