I visited this place a few days ago with my family.The seating arrangement is a bit congested.We ordered Chicken 65, Chicken chilli and Chicken Special Fusion Kepsa.The quantity was pretty decent for the starters and the taste was okay too.I was excited about the kepsa as I haven’t had kepsa in Vikhroli earlier so this was new.The kepsa was the perfect blend of rice and chicken gravy. The chicken was fresh and tender. The spices were well marinated and cooked. We were 4 people and 2 starters and half kepsa was sufficient for us. The quantity of kepsa is more than enough for 3 people even if you don’t have starter.The ambiance was okayish. The staff is poorly trained and barely have any clue of the ingredients in the dish.I’ll give the following rating-Ambience-3/5Food quantity-4/5Food taste-4/5Food quality-3.5/5Staff-2/5I did not click pictures of the starters though.Conclusion being it is an okay place for your usual hangout.
Bombay Fusion is now Salt Cafe. Best place to have Khepsa with varieties in it. It has a nice woody woody interior and also has CCTV installed for security purpose. Decent crowd comes here, so if you’re thinking of having Khepsa or Chinese with you loved ones, then you can certainly visit here.
* This is a restaurant located near vikhroli station. * It is located in Vikhroli East, opposite to dominos. * It had a pleasant ambience which is family friendly. * Although the staff is not experienced and not professional. * Let’s talk about food now !!!We ordered:-1. Manchow soup(3/5). The soup was very thick and the taste of an actual Manchow soup was not felt eternally. Although it had a nice taste.2. Chicken lollipop(3.5/5). The lollipop was very tasty and cooked properly. The only problem with it was that the meat was falling when grabbed. 3. Chicken malai kebab(3.5/5). The taste of malai kebab was not good. The marination was not proper and the meat was not tender. It was too creamy.4. Butter naan(5/5). This naam was very well prepared. One of the best naan I have ever had. It was very soft and the butter on the naan was apt.5. Chicken angara(3/5). It was a decent gravy which was served by them. It was basically a tomatoe based paste. 6. Jeera Rice(4/5). The rice was very tasty and properly cooked. It had a nice fragrance, the taste of it was good.7. Caramel custard(4.5/5). It was a good caramel custard served by the restaurant. The taste of caramel was properly enlightening our taste buds. * After we had our dinner, the electricity went off. Our experience ended on a bad note.Overall review:-* Food:- 4/5* Service:- 3.5/5* Ambience:- 4/5* Presentation:- 3.5/5
I am sorry for to say but Zomato is becoming less concerned about food quality and service. I ordered Chicken Tandoori from this restaurant but it was dry and burnt. And Zomato guys did not take action and said restaurant manager checked the food himself but the fact they believed it and asked me to write a review about the restaurant. This is pathetic from Zomato when it comes to service industry specially food. This is the second time in a row experiencing the issue with quality of food from customer point of view. Guys please understand we the customers expect good food when we pay heavily for it and not only about money it is about the satisfaction of having a good meal.
It was one of my friend’s recommendation to go visit this place that serves the excellent kepsas in town and it was totally worth it. We ordered the chicken lollipop kepsa and it was very very yum. The ambience is good. The service was excellent and also the staff super friendly. Loved it. Would definitely visit again sometime soon.
And went again to this place and one more time it does not failed to impress me again. Tried chopper rice ( chopped with eggs ) with chicken gravy which was great perfectly cooked they are best at gravies. This time i tried virgin mojito from there refe menu it was fine so overall again happy with the taste, quality & service.
