I usually order cakes from this shop for any friend’s birthdays or whenever I pass by during my walks. The quality of cake is good and they have maintained consistency in the flavors. What I like best is the choco lava, it’s gooey and not overpoweringly sweet. Even the black forest and triple chocolate mousse is good.I had ordered the red velvet few weeks back, but liked the chocolate cakes better. Overall it’s serves quality cakes in a good price range.

We checked various pastries and decided to go for white forest. We asked 2 simples qs: 1) Is it fresh/ 2) Has it come today/To this, your people there said yes to both the questions. They replied confidently. so we went ahead with it. After eating first bite itself, we realized, it is not at all fresh and is probably 2-3 days old.We ate little more to confirm. Since we had already eaten little, so it was not nice to return it or throw it, so we kept eating little more.After half was finished, we were unable to eat it. so finally, after lot of effort, we thrown it away.Now we went for payment. People there were generous enough not to take money because they knew they had lied. But, we have our own rules, so we insisted them to take the money. We paid them via Paytm.They did not even give us or offer us any bill.Finally, we have decided to not visit it again. This was one of the most preferred options for us. Because of us, many of my friends had started visiting your store.I think it was out big mistake.I hope you will continue to hire such open liars and continue the business.I am just writing, so that at least senior management knows how things work in the shop. Its good bye from me.Thanks.
Good:- Fresh and tasty- Very reasonably priced!Bad:- They don’t look good. The fruit cakes are coated with bright colours that don’t look edible and the coating really doesn’t taste great- Their fruit cakes barely have any fruit (my pineapple cake had no pineapple)- They sometimes don’t have many cakes available so the choice is less. So always call and ask what’s available before placing an order via Zomato, because there’s a high chance it’ll get cancelled
A quaint little place at the heart of Powai. Their cakes are soft and spongy and really tasty. They also have savouries like puffs and mini pizzas which you can relish.
Absolutely love their plum cakes, extremely moist and soft. It’s great that they’re open till late for those last minute birthday surprises!
