The Dark chocolate bomb is such a fail item. The chocolate bomb took so long to open and the server kept dropping the hot chocolate until our all ice creams scoops got covered into chocolate. Worst and pathetic. I thought it only happened with us but same thing happened with all other customers at that time. Did not expected it from Standard and branded outlets
We happened to visit this place around their closing time. Still the staff was courteous and welcomed us. We just grabbed a couple of flavours and left. We didn’t want to keep the staff waiting after the working hours. The ice-creams were very good. But we would definitely want to come back to try their ice-cream sundaes, the coffee and enjoy the beautiful ambience.

I can never say no to ice-cream. And when it comes to visiting possible for some reason It is mandatory to visit Häagen-Dazs. I love the Belgian chocolate ice-cream here. Must try.

I had a very disappointing experience here. My husband and I visited the restaurant to try out one of their desserts. The pictures on the menu card looked very inviting and I just had to havethe Haagen Dazs Caramel Crunch.However, I was sorely disappointed as the taste. The only thing added to it in the layers other than the scoops of ice cream was crumbled waffle cone which was so so monotonous to eat. The taste of the waffle was over powering the taste of the Biscotti Ice cream. The Menu claims to have caramel coufs and whipped cream however I could hardly taste any. For the first time in my life I struggled to finish an Ice Cream Sundae because of the poor taste. My husband ordered a Chocolate Brownie Explosion which was just okay.Thankfully we ate here on the Zomato Gold offer of buy one get one or else I would’ve been very upset.Standard taste like this is not expected from a premium brand like Haagen Dasz. They really need to up their game with respect to their desserts.
