I was denied gold benifits on entire menu. The person who took order said that 1+1 on tandoori platter does not come under gold scheme. When I asked it is no where mentioned then he replied that very few zomato gold members visit the restaurant and hence it was not mentioned on the the menu card. At that moment I felt they are reluctant to entertain zomato members. I found service quite slow but food was OK. I ordered drinks but it took quite long to serve the same. I shall recommend this place to those who have patience to bear with the service.
First of all This place is over rated. The service is really poor, these guys are least bothered to serve you, or help you suggesting a dish. Even after going through this, the captain is not bothered to send the bill for 15-20 minutes. I suggest to please not go to this restaurant on weekdays.
staff of this restro is very rude.. they are not even try to listen properly.. disappointed with this restro. never recomment for this. food quality is good but staff behaviour was very rude.
Late Review:We had a get together of 30 people in their Hall on 5th floor (adjacent to House of Beers). The rates quoted were 750 per plate (including non-veg). However the service was super slow. There were 4-5 waiters to attend us but instead of service, they we’re busy having the starters themselves. It came to us as a shock. However, we let it go .. Food served was cold and taste was also not good. Soup was thick paste and tasted like curry. Veg as well non veg soup were unedible. Main Course was however better than the starters.Final Verdict: I won’t be considering Heritage again in future.
I loved the Ambience and the food of this place.Though the service is bit slow but it was worth the wait.Fish tikka ,butter chicken ,garlic Naan,Fresh like juice is all what we had, which was yum.First when they served the tikka it was bit uncooked but then they roasted again and the taste was fine then.
Went to this place on a friend’s suggestion and it turned out to be amazing. I ordered the veg sizzler and it was one of the best sizzlers i have had so far with just the right quantity of spices and flavours.
the place was nice but the food and service were disappointing.. lemonade was too sugary syrup like and the waiter was so rude.it’s disappointing how the staff drags the hotel reputation to dirt. even if the food would have been tasty the ppl should be polite
