Traditional maharashtrian food is the what I found this place special for. Had pitle, jowar chi bhakri and thecha as delicious as grandma’s food. The service too is more warm and traditional rather than formal. They make sure you get hot bhakris and are well fed 🙂
Really arrongant staff! Had ordered JAIN Pav Bhaji with extra pav, and paid for the same. Later, called them to confirm that the order is JAIN. Yet, there were items missing in my parcel and the parcel was not even Jain! When I called them to complain, they said that I didn’t order properly and that I had ordered for JAIN Pav Bhaji (with potatoes) and not PURE JAIN Pav Bhaji (without Potatoes).Shocking that the Hotel doesn’t even know that Jain food is WITHOUT POTATOES AND ONIONS, and there is no such thing as PURE JAIN!
This place is quite old. But I recently started visiting this place. Ambience is okay but food is exceptionally good. It’s always freshly prepared. I love their paneer Biryani.
