Best place to stay.Pocket friendly teriff of hotel room.Neat n tidy rooms value for money.Southindian n indian food is very good.I have been there many times i was fully satisfied with service n food.
Had most of my meals at Samrat as was staying there for a couple of days.Clean Rooms , comfortable seating arrangements, Good Quality Food served.. had their THALI just Rs.120/- including taxes for Lunch.. decent spread .. it had 2 Vegetables ie Aloo Mutter & Patta Gobi , Dal Fry, Choice of 2 Tawa Chapatis or 3 Phoolkas , Steam-Rice with Roasted Papad and Lemon wedges & Pickle.. Quantity is sufficient for 1 Person. Reasonable Pricing , considering the food quality and quantity.Stayed in the Non A.C Standard Room 206 at Rs.800/- per night , it’s good VALUE for Money.. Staff , although young , is polite and well mannered. Most of the rooms were getting cleaned up while I was checking out of the room.Would definitely stay here whenever in Nashik , alone or with family.
I had the veg limited thali here and it was total value for money. The menu was simple but delicious. Do try Paneer pasanda which is their signature dish. Service is attentive and prompt and the place is clean. Read the detailed review on my blog http://www.loudeaters.com. loudeaters.com
Went there after hearing about the food from a few friends. I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything tasted.Ordered sweet corn soup, hot & sour soup and dry manchurian to start with. The soups were piping hot and fresh, very unlike something that comes from a can. The manchurian was also pretty good. For main course, we ordered the paneer pasanda, paneer tikka masala and veg hyderabadi(palak kofta dish) along with butter phulkas and butter dal khichdi. The paneer pasanda was superb with stuffed paneer pieces and a delectable thick gravy. Paneer tikka masala was had a beautiful flavor and the paneer pieces were tender and juicy. I’m not a big fan of green gravies but the koftas in the veg hyderabadi were mind blowing. The phulkas were drooling with butter and so damn soft. And last but not the least, the dal khichdi was buttery and delicious. It was a great experience and I would recommend this place for amazing vegetarian food. 🙂
Probably THE Best Pure Veg Restaurant in Nashik which serves a combination of North Indian, Chinese as well as South Indian & Maharashtrian Snacks such as Sabudana Khichadi/Vada.Stayed here for 3 nights on official visit to Nashik. The stay was indeed memorable!!!The young staff members (right from the Receptionist to the room service/housekeeping boys) are very soft-spoken & polite. The Room allocated to me [No.306] was quite cozy.I could hardly feel that I was in a Hotel which is situated in the centre of the city with all the markets, commercial centres & District Court barely a stone’s throw away from the hotel. Saw a couple of lawyers at the restaurant twice while going out in the afternoon. The Restaurant seemed like a favorite with local authorities thronging the place in the late afternoon. The Food served at the Restaurant was of Excellent quality; it’s worth every rupee charged, especially the North Indian Cuisine. Try the Garden Surprise, which will actually be a surprise. It’s a mixed vegetable dish blended & garnished to perfection. For best results, have it with Butter Phulkas, fluffy and soft.As I was there for 3 nights , I even tried their Thali. It’s definitely recommended for those who like to eat a lot more at a lesser price. It’s just Rs.120/- including taxes.Total Value for Money! On the last day, tried their Vada Sambar at the time I’d check out in the morning.Perfectly crunchy , Good Sambar & coconut Chutney as well. Gulped it down with a hot cup of tea.All in all , a very comfortable stay at Hotel Samrat Nashik (light on the stomach and pocket as well 🙂
