I went for dinner with my family yesterday. The hotel has started with a valet service recently and was pleased to hand over the car for parking to the valet. But there was no counter ticket given to me which is a proof that my car is with them. After finishing my dinner which was pretty good I got my keys at the reception and when I entered my car I was shocked to see that some of my ten rupees notes missing from my cup holder. I always keep them near my Ganesh idol so it was easy for me to spot them missing. It was a theft by the valet. I immediately sent Sms to their GM and even called him up next morning. He was very unprofessional as to not reply and only on me telling him to check the CCTv cameras did he acknowledged the same. But still there is no reply from him. It is a sad case for such a big organisation to have thieves as staff. Beware before giving your car there in the future.
One of the few places in town with superb Indian food. Order anything from the menu and trust me, you won’t be disappointed. The place is very nicely made as well. The low rating is only because there was once a dead cockroach in my fresh lime soda. Apart from that, I have absolutely no complaints.

Jharokha is a venture by Emrald Park Hotels and supposed to be a multicuisine restaurant. The restaurant is quite sub standard. The food was average; nothing great about it. The kebabs were really really good. But when it came to the main course, the restaurant did not stand up to its potential.We ordered a mere 5 to 6 dishes which literally took 1 and half hours to serve them. The vegetables came earlier and the Rotis took another 15 mins. Due to this, we had to eat cold vegetable.On top of the awful service and ignorant staff, one of our waiters had stinky socks on which is quite disgusting. Please, avoid visiting this restaurant!
