Mantraa is Ginger, Nashik’s in-house restaurant. Neatly tucked behind the main lobby, the restaurant sports spartan interiors – there’s a bunch of tables, a TV and that’s pretty much it. The staff are polite and prompt, no qualms there. The menu seems fairly limited and the buffet spread is plain sad. The quality of food is OK to good. Pricing seems to be the USP, here. I’d recommend it only if it were complimentary (with stay – ex. for Ginger’s corporate customers) or if one has run out of options.
