I ordered food from Tasty World, food was good but it took an hour to get delivered food to my place which usually take 15-20 mins after placing an order because order was not getting confirmed by Restaurant. I don’t know whether it was Restaurant’s fault or Zomato’s fault but deliver boy told me that Restaurant was unable to confirm same order because their computer was Shut down. Both restaurant & Zomato should check this concern as customer are waiting for food once they order it.
