I absolutely enjoyed my time at The Foundary. It was lively with the latest happening music, it has a pool table to enjoy your time with loved ones over a few drinks. They had a live pasta counter as well. They also have a golf pitch where you can spend time. There is one more door which led to a Dark theatre where you get to spend time watching movies or Netflix. i throughly enjoyed the vibe of this restaurant. It was extremely welcoming and the service was by far the best we got during our two day stay here.We went for the brunch where we were introduced to so many types of dishes and cuisines. It was definitely a foodgasmic journey.Off the Menu :Cocktails and Cocktails :Cosmopolitan :This was a perfectly blended concoction. Loved the presentation of it too.Sambhar Mojito :This is definitely the first time i tried something like this and loved it! it was something different and definitely commendable.Would definitely recommend it.Chilli Mojito:It was just like the sambhar mojito and both of them had boondi on it. It was surprising and exciting and definitely something new to try.Brunch :Starters :Mini Pizza : loved these little delights.Smiley Potato : These were soft and made so well.Paneer Tikka Masala : Super huge pieces of paneer which were marinated so well. Loved the smoked effect i got out of it.Mains :Paneer Tikka masala : it was creamy and full of masalas with soft paneer. Definitely worth giving a try. It tasted good with the naan provided with it as well as with the dhaniya jeera pulav.Nijami Kofta Curry : was a delight. it was creamy and full of flavours.Chilli Garlic Noodles with stir fried asian manchurian : a nice Chinese option. I feel there should have been something more in the gravy.Dal Tadka and Jeera Rice : Comfort food that is almost necessary and a good end. It was absolutely delicious.Chicken Maratha : would recommend this gravy with naan or rice. was spicy and the chicken was tender.Mutton Biryani : absolutely loved the mutton biryani here. i think it was my most favourite dish here. The mutton was juicy and tender and the biryani was made so so well.Desserts :Gulab Jamun : soft warm gulab jamuns which were fresh and a perfect end to the enormous meal we had.Rasmalai : it was to die for. Small little gulab jamuns in rabdi. i think this was my favourite dessert.Chocolate brownie : this literally melted in my mouth. it was super rich and heavy and even though they look small, one would actually fill you up.There were a lot of options in salads and desserts as well. Definitely worth it if you visit here.A very big thank you to the staff that helped us with our confusions in matter of choosing as per our taste.

To spend time n chill here with friends. It is located at 2nd floor in blvd nasik. So I spend a amazing evening here. The food here is nice. There are various offers they provide on drinks n various nights on each day.
