Good Food, Pleasant Ambience but a Staff that conforms to Trickery. Staff and Service: Ghanshyam was assigned as the attendant and the first thing we asked him was the discount that we can avail using our Zomato Gold Subscription. The Zomato website and the app clearly mentions that the restaurant is offering a 30% discount if paid via the Zomato App. Ghanshyam had no clear answer to my question and he was feeble in his approach. At the end when we called for the Cheque, we had to pay the whole amount without the discount (even though we were eligible for it). Next time around, I would request the management to teach there staff to be honest with there customers. Food: Chicken Chilly: To start with the appetizers, We ordered a portion of Chicken Chilly. The popular Indo-Chinese variant of the starter did taste good. A decent portion of the boneless portion was prepared to perfection. Creamy and Mildly Spiced, it was delicious. Murg Musallam: For mains, we ordered our Murg Musallam, a Muglai Dish made with Chicken Drumsticks and an onion and tomato base gravy. As an accompaniment, we ordered 3 rotis and the portions were decent for 3 adults. We felt the use of egg was minimal and that probably took away the royalty from the dish. With our previous experiences in many places, the use of eggs in Musallam was very prominent. Not being very critical, it’s a decent option when you order mains. Szechuan Fried Rice: Since we were craving for a spicy variant of rice, we ended up ordering our favorite Schezwan Fried Rice. Loaded with veggies, the long grain rice was full of flavor and was perfectly spiced with Szechuan sauce. Drinks: We availed the Buy 1 Get 1 offer with the White Owl Craft Beer. We ended up trying the Diablo (Irish Red Ale) and Spark (Belgian Wit). Found it better than a few new brands of craft beer in India. I’ve become a fan of the Belgian Wit variant of White Owl. Ambiance:The place looks amazing and goes well with the concept. It’s located close to Belapur station. We loved the sitting arrangement and it facilitates privacy. We loved the music and were amazed by the design, the neon lights and off course the marine aquarium. They all complimented each other. Overall Verdict:We loved the place, we loved the food but we expected more from the staff. An honest staff could have earned 2 extra stars from my end. Unfortunately, my unpleasant experience with them will only push for a 2-star rating. Honesty is the best policy in the hospitality industry, stick with if you expect customers to repeated visits to your wonderful restaurant. I’m expecting a better experience next time and probably even give me my share of discounts via Zomato Gold.

For the food the ground floor and for the dancer the upper floor as the dance floor . The food in the neon Club was nice tasteful and worth with better experience. For the both veggies and non veggies were the food awesome taste. The ambience was dim the surrounding was full of neon light peaceful place to stay calm and eat and dance. The service was also nice. you can have it for any type of party. I think it’s better place for the chilling and relaxing with our friends. You should visit for the different experience.
Hi all,We recently had a visit to the Neon – Bar & kitchen, in CBD Belapur. The places is a newly opened place in Belapur. Seriously the ambience wise the place is the best to visit. Here the customer service by the restaurant staff is just great. They have a in-house bar also. Here they have a variety of dishes in which we tried a lot.In drinks :Green fairy, Kala Khatta, strawberry delight, blue lagoon, always Virgin, cucumber Basil Martini. All the drinks i.e. Mocktails were presented nicely and they tasted really refreshing.In starters :We tried veg Neon Loaded Nachos, chilly cheese coriander Tikki which was a bit spicy, Baby corn vertical.In Mains :Subs kaloji with butter Naan which was great in taste.Overall the experience was great.Thankyou
Neon is located in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. It is walkable distance from cbd Belapur station. The ambience is so much refreshing. When we enter in this restaurant we feel very enjoyable. Attractive stickers are attached on the wall that looks very interesting.Service:-The restaurant staff welcomed us in very nice way. They give us very appreciable service. They are very courteous.Food:-In mocktails we tried kala khatta and straberry delight. The kala khatta was so nice. In starters we ordered chicken chili and neon loaded nachos. In mains we had bbq chicken pizza and butter chicken. Specially chicken chilli and chiicken pizza was so awesome.Overall the service and the specially the food was amazing.
I visited here last week with my friends. This place is so cool with great ambience and good seatings available. The ambience is like we had neven seen it ever.Talking about service, that it was so fast and good. Staff was friendly as they helped us in selecting menu. They have major varieties available in food as well as bar menu.Talking about food,In Mocktails we tried,Strawberry delight and kala khatta which was awesome in taste.In starters we tried,Chicken chilli and babycorn verual. Both was tasty but i will recommend you Chicken chilli as it was superb in taste.In mains we took, Butter Chicken and subz kaloji which was so delicious that we loved it.Overall we had a great experience being here.
Yesterday, I visited here with my friends for birthday party. Ambience is superb that i hadn’t seen like this before and also seating arrangements are good.Staff is polite and Friendly. They helped us in selecting menu as their interaction with us was so nice. Service was appreciable and fast.Talking about food that we tried,In Mocktails we tried, Blue lagoon and Green fairy which was so nice in taste.In starters we tried, Chicken Chilli, Chicken cheese mirch kebab and Neon loaded nachos. All dishes were nice in taste and specially i will recommend you chilli chesse chicken kebab which was superb in taste.Then in mains we tried, BBQ Chicken pizza, Butter Chicken and Chicken gravy. All were delicious but butter chicken was so awesome that we loved it.Overall we enjoyed the food and service and i will recommend you this place to visit.
In belapur super place ambience
