Ordered masala khichadi was not cooked properly too much turmeric taste
Firstly I used to love the food these people provide, amazing quality and taste, well packed and promptly delivered. But I have no idea what has happened since a few times. The packaging was bad, buttermilk and jaljeera was delivered in paper cup that too taped from all over. It was all spilling and soggy by the time I opened it. Secondly they forgot to add my add-on in the food package though the lady on the phone promised to deliver it next time and she did as well. Now when I placed my order again instead of mix veg khichdi they have sent masala khichdi or some khichdi which has no veggies in it.I know the demand is more but please dont do goofups like this and loose your customers.One last thing to be glad about that the taste of your khichdi is as good as ever. Food quality is one thing customer service is another. Please balance it.
Must try masala khichadi, packaging is awosome .Best place to order food which good for your health.Lemonade and jeera soda is good. Service is slow but taste is good
