Although I am Sweet Lover, I don’t particularly visit Sweet’s Shop. But in case of Mamata Sweets, I found their Rasmalai,KalaJamuns, Rasgulla Just perfect as I ate them in our COEP Mess. Rasmalai and Rasgullas were Perfectly Soft and Malai Milk with Rasmalai was thick and smoothie too. Kala jamus were big in size and appropriate Sweet, neither too high nor too low. But the best thing you will find in Mamta Sweets is not sweet but Gujrathi Dhokla.Man it’s so soft,Bulky, little Sweet too.It will just Dissolve in your mouth without even Eating.Must Try.
I have never eaten a Dhokla as yummy as they serve in this place. Everything is perfect about this Dhokla. Its soft, fluffy, moisty and tastyy.Samosa is good. And rest of the chat is average.Basically i visit this place just for Dhokla.
I recently happened to be at Mamta Sweets for a quick evening snack decided to try out their Somosa and dhokla. The dhokla are soft and fluffy served with some chutney which was decent. I’ve also had their Gajar Halwa in the past and happened to like that as well.Worth trying out if you’re in the area!
This is a shop for sweets but they also have snacks and chaats. Khaman dhokla and samosa are good. Chaats are ok. I have not tried many sweets here but it should be good i think.
Best dhoklas in the area. Their dhoklas are so fresh and soft that they get sold within no time as the shop opens. I love love love their samosas and kachoris. The chatnis served with it are just perfect. They are known for their imrutis and different types of jalebis too. Grab them when they are freshly made in the mornings. The chat corner is not very impressive and instead of bhel and panipuri they should work on their samosa chat and invent more of those. I am sure it would be the best samosa chat place in Pune if they concentrate on expanding on their kachori & samosa chat items.
A place in J. M. ROAD for all the panipuri lovers. Also has some popular sweets to try.Follow our Instagram Food blog :@khaane_k_liye_kuch_bhi
