I was apprehensive at first when Biryani Lovers first opened business in our locality. The name made me squirm a little and I chose to avoid it.The opportunity came today and we ordered 2 kilos of Chicken Biryani and ½ kilo of vegetarian Biryani.No regrets!Everything was well done! The delivery time, the long grained rice, the quantity of chicken, the quality of meat, everything.The flavour is a little different than the regular Biryani you get elsewhere and everybody (20 of us) relished it.For large orders, the biryani is freshly prepared to meet the demand. The meat is plentiful. Plenty of fresh chicken, the pieces being extremely soft and tender. The presentation is good.I have now changed my opinion and the apprehensions have changed to certainty. Keep it up, BL!
