I ordered fries and a sandwich. It took more than 2 hours to deliver and the delivery guy had multiple orders to deliver when I contacted him and reached my place last. Obviously the food was too cold and fries was soggy and sandwich was not edible.

We placed an order at 2:53, and the order was being updated constantly for over an hour and a half, even going as far as ‘out for delivery’ and eas supposedly on its way. I failed to receive this order and the woman at the end of the phone claimed she called me 4-5 times and she couldn’t get through. She could have easily cancelled the order, but kept me waiting and uninformed for ages, and never even sent the order. Moreover, how could several people ‘tried’ to contact me, and her, when my call reached her immediately???? Wasted my time, and all other restaurants shut. Guess I’m sleeping hungry tonight.
I have their fries, oreo shake always! they taste so yummy. The owner talks very well. But my recent orders were a little disappointing because the cheese fries had negligible cheese and the quantity is also reduced. And the major drawback is the delivery time, the fries are totally cold till they arrive your place.
And i was amazed coz i have ordered from zomato and received it with swiggy branding.and ordered for club sandwich and received garlic bread very bad service.
Really poor delevry really sad about the order. Ordered cold coffee with vanilla ice cream and I got only coffee.. If not possible why you guys accpt the order
First of all, we have not asked them to open their restaurant at such late hours. You are doing this out of your own choice. Customers are only expecting timely delivery of their order which the restaurant failed to. On calling them, Ms Rutuja answered the call and yelled back at us saying that they are doing a favour on us. You are not doing any favours on us. We paid for the order. And if you cannot manage your restaurant at such hours, please do not run it. She also said we can do the fuck we want to. She was very rude and unprofessional. This kind of misbehaviour needs to be taken seriously. I would also like to escalate the matter to higher authorities if any.The food was cold when it reached us. And took more than 1.5 hours. Very aggrieved by the kind of hospitality they are providing.
