The food at mosaic was extremely pathetic and bad. Talking about the buffet, the hygiene was not good at all, they don’t have even written the tags of the some of dishes, the salt and pepper cruet set are not filled, the taste of some dishes was very bad and even they don’t know about that dish especially veg dumpling in chilli sauce, it’s taste like Manchurian. The taste of pita bread was not good at all.
Was at the Crowne plaza to attend a meet up organised by the Times Group. The staff is very courteous n helpful. The food was showcasing the Maharastrian cuisine. For snacks there were aloo vada, saboodaana vada n kothimbir vada. Kothimbir vada was dry, rest two were gud. These were served with a wide array of chutneys. All were gud. For main course there was dal amti, bharli vangi, cauliflower rassa, masala bhaat, kombidi rassa, fish malvani curry, rice n chapatti. All the preps were gud. For dessert we had shrikhNd, puri, jalebi n rabri. The puri’s were dry, rest all were wow. For drinks we had solkadi, tival n nimbu Pani. Tival was really gud.

There were lots of options in buffet in veg & non-veg both. Desserts were the best. But I found cockroach roaming around. They replaced that dish but still hygiene issues were there.
